Racial Reparations

I am generally totally against this concept however there is an idea I am open to.  What if there was a small tax for this purpose on certain products and tax revenue was distributed among the "legimate claimants"? 

Before the potential recipients attack this concept as bigotry, the real purpose is a sincerity test.  The only people who would accept reparations from this source would surely be hypocrits.  This would be a good study into the motivations of the reparation seekers as well as ferreting out who are the true racists.

THIS WAS/IS THE FIRST OF "REPRIATIONS" DONE TO FREED SALVES EVERYWHERE SO I BELIEVE "REPRIATIONS" HAVE ALREADY BEEN MADE !!! ALONG WITH 40 YEARS OF "AFFIRMATIVE ACTION" BRINGS U.S. ALL TO "LEVEL" !!!!
