Millard needs a spell checker

@ 12:00 AM (46 months, 12 hours ago)

This post is brought to you by the letters A through Z and in response to Millards rant to C-mom about her spelling.

"Pract(ic)ing my Spelling"

Well, many of us have always suspected Millard of being a real phony.  Now, here's proof.

It seems like in 1988, during her job application at the INS,  Ms. Millard mispelled the word "practicing" to wit she spelled it "practing" Her Boss offered to help coach on her spelling, she refused and was hired anyway.

In a memo to his Ms. Millard her boss suggested:

"Sweetsie. Please look at how EB, Barry and C-Mom do it. Try to use the spell checker - well, er,.  I am practing (sic) my spelling, she said.

This exchange between the Ms. Millard and her boss has been re-printed in the first grade spelling primer Brought to you by the Letters A to Z, a book that chronicles the more private side of our favorite progressive.

Memo to Ms. Millard here's your spelling test

I don't mind someone correcting me it's the way she corrected you. I don't even mind is someone makes fun of me, but now it's like a pet peeve, if she does it we have not choice but to correct her...it's part of our compassionate conservatism.

  4. My big pet peeve with her (well, two I suppose) : When she says something like, "Are you that clueless? Of course you are."

    Answering your own rhetorical question....Aaargghh!

The other is when she parenthesis: (insert sarcasm here).
I can tell you're trying to be sarcastic, because you can't do it without also being insulting!

But of course, being an evil conservative I do it not out of compassion, but out of pure malice!

  6. Every day millardo rants reinforces my conservative credo. To understate things, millardo is TYPICAL of her rapidly becoming extinct type. Her ravings are the throes of death of an ideology that time has passed by.
